The Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun Delta State has been thrown into a black week . Losing a final year student of the Electrical engineering department and a non academic staff who works in the printing press,details are not yet to be confirmed as per their identities and cause of their death.... as we gather more information we will disclose to you in subsequent post....May their souls rest in peace
